Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services

Fees and Billing

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, custom development work is non-refundable once commenced. Subscription services may be eligible for pro-rated refunds under certain circumstances.

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by K&C Consulting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Upon full payment for custom development services, you will own the custom code and applications developed specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Damages

In no event shall K&C Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already provided.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. We will provide you with any deliverables completed up to the termination date, subject to payment of all outstanding fees.
